Embodiment Practices - Breath, Movement, Meditation, Sound, Energy Medicine
Lisa has trained in many styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Anukalana inspired Hatha, Restorative and Himalayan Kundalini Yoga. A lover of moving, she has enjoyed exploring many dance styles both choreographed and freestyle expression and enjoys bringing the opportunity for her students to introduce freestyle movement into some of her longer journeys.
When we understand that everything is energy, it is beautiful to work with a practice that takes us on a journey fusing a reconnection of body, mind and our energetic body.
A typical 60 - 90 min practice, starts by warming up the body with various breath kriyas and gentle movement, before transitioning to greater movement, often in the form of asana, chi movements, dance or shaking. We then close with a mantra or a meditative breath practice to complete. To come to remember our deep knowing. Stillness. Unity. Grace. A connection to beauty and abundance are all available to be felt in this space.
Powerful shorter classes are also available to balance our chakras, heart and mind. A valuable gift to yourself which will in turn enable an attitude of ease to permeate your day.

He offers a fusion of breath work, mindfulness, and stillness, to access deeper states of consciousness and inner peace.
